The coalition is 100% supported by community members comprised of physicians, lactation consultants, nurses, dieticians and breastfeeding supporters representing local WIC agencies, hospitals, health clinics, private practices and community providers. They annually update a Resource Guide for local support groups, clinics, and private practice IBCLCs.

Rachel O'Brien provides Telehealth (video) client care nationwide, and is based in the Boston area. She is a highly experienced Lactation Consultant and specializes in how to get a breastfeeding baby to take a bottle. I highly recommend working with her.

Bryna Sampey is a doula and lactation consultant who has extensive experience working in both the neurodivergent and queer communities. They are also an excellent resource on myofunctional breastfeeding support, using movement and positioning to resolve complex oral and musculoskeletal challenges.

Katie is in private practice in the state of Washington but provides virtual care in the U.S. as well. She is a leader in the field of oral dysfunction and tongue tie. She is originally from Sonoma County and has a lot of knowledge of local resources here.
